"Upon receiving the quote from CAS to supply the games for the Athletes Village, we were shocked by the price at first. This was not because it was too high, but rather because it was the cheapest, and we had difficulty believing that they could provide the right product for the price. Where should I start to describe the service given by Dave at CAS? The owners of the venue we had chosen for our ‘end of year’ party were particularly risk averse and asked for all manner of risk assessments, H&S information and insurances etc. Dave provided these quickly and even arranged for an amendment. When it looked as if the venue was still going to say no; Dave went even further to provide a bespoke indemnity to satisfy their last concern! So – party is on – Dave’s crew turned up on site promptly and set up the twin Arctic Thunder and twin Alpine Ski arcade games. The condition of the equipment was great and the graphics were fantastic on the flat LCD screens…the set-up chap ran through how the games functioned. I have to say that we could have easily operated the games ourselves but, given the venues concerns, we had arranged for CAS to be present through the evening to assist with operation. Dave turned up dressed to impress, even joining in the theme of our party of, “All White on the Night”! He showed our guests how to use the equipment and was there all night – adding to the fun! Our guests had a fantastic evening and all remarked what an unusual but superb addition to the night the arcade games were. Young and old the games were used by everyone…the Arctic Thunder's were easiest to operate – just sit down and accelerate and the Alpine Ski machines bought out everyone’s competitive streaks! As the machines were twins – couples could play against each other – a real ice-breaker! We have some amazing pictures of guests in fancy dress – skiing and bob-sleighing – you don’t get those sorts of memories from a disco and chocolate fountain! I would highly recommend CAS Amusements for their professionalism, attention to detail and guarantee that your function is going to be remembered for all of the right reasons! Just brilliant!
