Your Safety Is Our Priority

With £10 million public liability cover, as well as risk assessments and PAT certificates, safety is of paramount importance to our staff of qualified risk assessors and first aiders. We do regular courses on the practices of Health and Safety at work, Emergency First Aid and Fire Safety. We are extremely serious about ensuring the absolute safety of all of our customers and our own workforce. On the odd occasion that we require on site assistance with moving/carrying equipment we only book staff from profession companies with similar standards to that of our own.

Where necessary, we have staff qualified to drive fork lift trucks and carry out portable appliance testing. We also operate both small 3.5 ton vans and 7.5 ton lorry’s to transport our games and amusements. This requires us to hold a Transport Operators licence, and our drivers to take a Periodic CPC driver’s course, as well as working within the European Working Time Directive. We have our own industrial scales to weigh the games and thus ensure that we do not overload our lorries.

Although we have members of staff that are qualified risk assessors we recognise the fact that it is better to have someone more involved in that aspect on a day to day basis to keep us up to date and with that in mind we employ a professional company "abc Safety Ltd" to take care of that aspect for us.

We are happy to provide our customers with any Health and Safety-related documentation or certificates that you, your client or your venue feel you need, ensuring complete transparency.
